1. Can panel members have the results of the surveys?
In order for the panel to be truly representative, FRI does not allow access to information that other farmers do not have. From time-to-time, FRI asks "extra" questions for general information. The results of these extra questions are put at the bottom of the next survey letter. These questions may include topics such as: tobacco usage, presidential elections, reading habits (magazines), etc.

2. Does FRI sell their names to other mailing lists?
  We have never sold farmer's names and addresses to anyone. That would break our confidentiality pledge. The panel members' trust on this confidentiality to the point that panel members are willing to answer questions that may be quite personal.

3. Can panel member points be transferred?
  Panel member may transfer their point and survey responsibilities to another member of the family.

4. Can panel members accumulate their points from year to year?
  Panel members are allowed to accumulate their points from year to year. Doing this allows the panel member to cash in their points on more expensive item from the premium list.

5. Is panel member information confidential?
  Any survey a panel member completes for FRI is held in EXTREME confidence. The identity of all panel member are NEVER released to any client of FRI.

6. What do you do with the information from the panel member surveys?
  All the panel surveys are entered into a database for statistical analysis. They are verified for accuracy and reports are generated summarizing the results.
